	Michele Jackman is best known for her props, accessories, and humorous uses of them to make a point, create a memorable moment, and reinforce concepts with a visual element people can see and relate to easily. She uses marbles, flags, and other tools on participant tables, or as a prop—has a rubber brain, ear, heart to make people laugh, and see “truths” so they CAN stop automatic responses and think more creatively. Props are often included for each participant to take home for reinforcement and use with others—staff and teams. Her main core tool is a wooden hand to copy core messages onto and put your finger on what is wrong in each finger area. Fingers include: Getting things done (time), done right (quality), getting along well (relationships and trust), getting acknowledged (expertise and skill), and getting more joy and Resilience for Life’s Adventures (Broadcast your Humor!).
