She provides practical and creative strategies for dealing with difficult situations, pressures, challenges in a humorous way. She focuses on the design and improvement of the office culture, the challenges ahead and the creation of fun, more positive working environments. She has been a coach to thousands groups and people struggling with REAL job stressors.
Originally, a Medical Psychiatric Social Worker, she has advanced degrees in Human Relations Management and Organizational Development, and received
a number of awards in her various positions. She has taught for Antioch University, and teaches various courses of UCSC Extension, and UC Davis
