Michele Jackman as been providing governmental service since 1980.
Author, Strategist, former governmental manager of programs and services, Michele has over 30 years assisting governmental agencies with their programs, training and development of staff, and has assisted leadership with transition and planning during challenging times. She was awarded the Commander Medal for Civilian Service in 1977 for her work in US Army Europe, 1974-1979. She then served in the Leadership Division of the Army at the Pentagon in Washington, DC for two more years before returning to California to open her own Leadership and Management Company, and to teach for UCSB and other UC Extension Management Programs. Since she has extensive experience working with defense related corporations and Navy commands. She has a BA in Political Science, an MSW in Clinical Social Work and Community Organization, an MA in Human Relations Management and Organizational Development.
Michele has extensive experience assisting the State, Counties and Municipalites in California as well as working Nationally and Internationally.
