Sign me up!
This year, I have to get more accomplished with less waste of my time, my energy, and fewer resources. The "return on this investment" of this time could be a fresh perspective, or a clearer game plan for being more effective, and less overwhelmed by email, changes, uncertainty, dependency on the follow through of others, etc. Walk away with a new attitude, some ideas to implement immediately, and a fresh strategy for keeping it that way the whole year. Part I will be focused on key actions that will facilitate improvements, and Part II on discussions, and specific strategies for you as a individual.
- Clearing the rubble and confusion-- more of what, less of what?
- Energy conservation-- My own issues, overcoming destructive thoughts and habits?
- Resources-- what are they, where are they?
- Enthsiasm-- how can I create this?
Highly interactive, Michele will pose a series of key questions, and provide answers to issues you are facing in 2009. Michele has been providing a series of programs that focus on real world pressures and options. In addition to the content, she provides follow up coaching as part of her seminar.

Better Meetings, Less Meeting Time! 1/2 day
Did you know? Research increasingly shows that over 90% of meetings are not as productive as people expect them to be...they cope by doing other work (texting, etc) tuning out, or acting out.
Even if you are just a meeting invitee, you can influence and change the way meetings are conducted. Radically change your meeting protocols to make them more efficient, and exciting. With budget issues, and staff overloads of work, now is the time to assess, redesign, and restructure the participation in planned meetings. Improve information meetings, project update meetings, and problem solving meetings immediately.
Keep meetings within time frames, and shorten others. Prevent meeting madness. Learn how others are getting more done with less time wasted because they are doing IT! Assess all your meetings and get back time and energy. Plan for other times to regroup and daydream!
